New Apple TV+ 6 month offer - issue

Hi all

Just seen this on my Sky Q box

I see that it says only for people who haven't redeemed  a 6 month trial through Sky vip before

Trouble is that I had redeemed the previous offer, but was never able to activate it, as Apple TV said I had previously had a 6 month trial (which I had as I'd brought new iPad a couple of years ago).

So I have never successfully used the free Sky offer.

so now when I scan the QR code displayed on the Q home page, my VIP app opens, but there's no Apple TV offer to be seen. 
Anyone have any idea how to untangle this?
