Network Connection

After having fibre broadband with EE for over a year and no issues with connectivity I am constantly getting the "It appears you have no network connection" sign when I try and use any of the tabs on the home screen.

Also when I try and connect manually and enter password it is either not showing my broadband name or of it does it is not letting me select the confirm option after I type in the password.

The broadband is working for everything else in the house so I presume its not that. Rang sky who said the sky q box may be faulty so received a new one today - however, after 30 mins of viewing it's doing it again.

Trying to connect using WPS doesn't work either!

Please help as I am going to lose it in a min and throw it up the garden 🤨

Many thanks in advance if you have any suggestions, have tried unplugging and resetting both at least a thousand times with no joy.
