Network Connection

My main sky bix on my TV in the living room is saying there is a problem with network connection . I can watch all channels downstairs sort from any of My Apps , but I can go up stairs on my other TV with the mini sky bix and watch all Apps , I've been trying for over 2 hours and still not working
