Year again my Netflix account via Sky seems to have been hacked by someone in Spain, can anyone help

@Helen269 Thhat sounds as though your Netflix account has been hacked. In these situations you will need to contact Netflix who will be able to reset your account.

More likely a Spanish-speaking country somewhere else on the globe.  Half a billion people around the planet have Spanish as a first language (it's second only to Mandarin Chinese) and less than 10% of them live in Spain.
