Netflix

A Netflix not working just keeps buffering can't watch anything on Netflix

@Bellareeves Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Not a fix, but a potential workaround... If you have a smart TV or some other device attached to the TV that also has the Netflix app, I found they worked better for me than using the Netflix app on the Sky box. The app on the Sky box gives me juddering issues, but logging in to Netflix via another device or the TV's built-in app works fine for me.
