Going to need a lot more context than that to have a clue what might be wrong.

I had netflix before I.signed up for sky.. who.said netflix would be included in my monthly payment so I cancelled my netflix subscription.. I now can't sign into netflix and have spoken with them on chat as they tried to help but got told to speak with sky ..

You won't have your old account. You would get a new one that uses your sky id as the username.

Although this thread suggests that if you don't cancel the old one (maybe you could reinstate it) then login on sky, it will transfer your billing automatically
