Netflix

Hi, the Netflix on my main sky box is ok but on my two mini boxes it's a random spanish account, I don't understand what's going on or why it's on there or how to get rid of it, spent nearly an hour on the phone to sky with no help, can someone please help, it's driving me mad

I was watching Netflix on my main box yesterday without any issues and today, i've got a spanish account, with locked profiles and can't wait anything.  Is anyone else having the same issues and have you managed to get it fixed?  thank you

I've spoken to sky and Netflix about this today and not been sorted out
