Netflix

We recently signed up to Netflix. Sky are debiting us monthly but we cannot get it. My son who had a Netflix account has occasionally logged into his Netflix on our tv. Now as Netflix had stopped the sharing he is unable to get it, hence why we added it to our Sky account. When we try to get it it still comes up with Steve (our son) who no like get lives with us. I've contacted Netflix who have told me they cannot help ???  You have told us to go through Netflix where do we go from here ?

We recently signed up to Netflix but cannot get it. Your are taking the money and have told us to contact Netflix directly we have done this and they cannot help
