When I go to Netflix through sky box I keep getting a Spanish profiles and I can't get in because I'm not part of the household the engineer but on and prescription is through sky who do I go to Netflix or sky

Your account has likely been hacked. When you set up netflix on sky (without any existing netflix account) you have to add a unique password for the new netflix account. Did the engineer tell you what it was (don't put it in here) and was it very easy to guess?
