The change is from Signature to Ultimate TV: Sky might offer you that for nothing if you committed to a new minimum term.
Ultimate TV gets you Netflix Basic: this is then upgraded to Netflix Standard by the Sky HD add-on, and then to Netflix Premium by the Sky UHD add-on.
Note that Netflix through Sky does not have the 'Extra Member' feature.
