Looks like you may have been hacked or somebody else has signed into your Netflix.
Open your Netflix and go the Left hand menu.
Scroll completely down to the bottom and then scroll right to Get help. (It's one click to the right from the left hand menu)
Select Get help and on the next screen ( completely down the bottom) is Sign out.
Try this and if you can sign out, sign back in with your own Netflix login
