Netflix

I have yet more issues.

I am a Sky Diamond customer and I have been with Sky for many years. I have Sky Signature.
I decided I wanted Netflix. I went into the app section. I then clicked on the Netflix app.
Up came the message,that if I wanted Netflix I had to upgrade to Sky Ultimate and pay an extra £6 a month. I had previously gone on google and was told that I should be able to get Netflix for free and have a free upgrade.

I await posters comments.

NetFlix is not free with Signature.

 

(Sky have been known to run promotions where NetFlix is included as part of a package)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Netflix certainly isn't 'free'.

However, you are probably on an existing discount for Sky Signature. Upgrading to Sky Ultimate online will likely end that discount, hence the £6 increase in price. 

If you call Sky and explain what you want to do you will probably be offered a discount on Sky Ultimate to mitigate most of that increase.
