Netflix

So Sky has been having issues with Netflix refusing to open for months. Many 'solutions' have been offerd by Sky but they only ever work temporarily.

A staff member was looking into it and asked varuous people via pm for Sky box details but there has been no permenant solution offerd and promises of replies have been missed.

Today I have attempted to post on the thread again only to find it has disappeared. Why? No answers to an ongoing problem, pm's ignored after being instigated by Sky and then thread deleted. What is going on?

Re: Netflix

Another 2 weeks, the thread has still been removed and there's been no change when it comes to trying to open Netflix. It's almost as if Sky don't care and are just ignoring the problem.

Re: Netflix

And another 3 weeks have passed and nothing. Probably time Sky admit they don't care about its customers or the service they provide. Months have been and gone as have a number of work arounds which either don't work or are a temporary fix. You can access all other apps and Netflix elsewhere so it's a Sky problem so get it sorted!

Re: Netflix

Where's a tumbleweed GIF when you need one?

Even the temporary fixes don't seem to work anymore. It's just a case of opening and closing Netflix for an unknown number of times until it suddenly connects.
