Netflix

Hi I have Netflix as part of ,y sky package , but when I sign in on another device it says welcome and add a package to finish set up , I am using the same log in details as I did with the app on sky q box , but if I log in on another device it says I have no package and to go to netflix.com to add a package , Netflix works fine on sky q but no joy using it on any other device , any help would be greatfull thanks

Hi @Jason1334 

If you subscribed to Netflix through Sky originally and have never used Netflix on any other devices;  then you possibly haven't set up a Netflix password.

The Netflix Account Email is likely to be the same as your Sky login.  This can be confirmed in the Netflix Get help menu .  (Scroll down to the bottom of the Netflix left hand menu and then scroll right to Get help)

Also bear in mind the number of simultaneous screens in use.

Assuming you subscribe through Sky
Sky Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD)
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack On Sky Q.
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first) on Sky Q.

I already had a netflix account before I changed to netflix with sky , thry said it would be linked to my existing netflix account which worked for a while now for some strange reason the account that sky linked now says I have no streaming plan it says this on any device apart from the sky q box I've signed in on a few devices and it says the same thing that I need to add a plan , and I am trying these devices one at a time thanks
