Discussion topic: Netflix upgraded without my consent

I recently had an email confirming I had upgraded Netflix to premium, but I have not upgraded it! How could this of happened?

I have only got a standard sky q box, so it's not capable to watch 4k through the box anyway. Has anyone else had this issue?
