Netflix still charging me

Hi, I've got sky ultimate which I think comes with Netflix included but I'm still being charged seperately by Netflix. I think I was told the Netflix payment would automatically be cancelled. Any ideas?

Hi @MaxP 

If you have Sky Ultimate TV in your package then you have Sky Netflix.

When you open the App on Sky Q and login with your Normal Netflix details.

This should automatically switch your billing to Sky and you do not have to cancel with Netflix.

 

If you are partway through a Netflix billing period then Netflix should add a credit to your Account (for future use)

@MaxP Hi, I'm curious how you got on with contacting Netflix?  We are in same situation, however, we've been paying since 2018! I didn't realise until I logged in to my Netflix account to downgrade, and it said it's paid through Sky.  Really hoping Netflix will refund the money.

Same boat here , theyre still billing me 21 euro a month via netflix for last 8 months even though when i log into my netflix account it says its free as part of my sky package . Anyone get any joy from netflix ??

@MaxP So, it turns out our card has been used fraudulently. My card details but linked to a Spanish email address.  My bank has refunded last 13 months.  All seems very fishy to me.

Did you have that netflix account and then switch to paying via Sky and it didn't automatically change your billing?

@Chodley yes I had an account prior to sky and it was cancelled, however my card details continued to be used to pay for somebody else's Netflix! Very strange.
