Netflix signed out

Netflix has suddenly sign me out on all devices, both my TV and phone. Its paid for and accessed through sky so when I log into my old Netflix account prior to doing it through sky it just says I don't have an existing subscription. How do I regain access?

Probably been hacked I suspect. I would call netflix.

Thanks. Unfortunately it appears after going round in circles on Netflix for about half an hour that you can only phone them through the App (which I can't log into)

Really?? Always found them very easy to get hold of in the past but it's been a while, maybe they cut their service back when their profits took a kicking last year.
