Netflix not working

Netflix will not load on my sky min box but works ok on my main box

You need to refresh the apps on the mini box. To do that follow these steps.

Press Home>Highlight Settings>Press 001 and click the center button>Click on apps> Click on refresh apps and confirm.

The message that pops up on the screen should be "Your apps are being refreshed"

Once it says that, try reloading Netflix and see if it works for you.
