Netflix not working

Hi. I updated sky supscription yesterday including Netflix. I set up Netflix yesterday as well . But today Netflix not working asking payment information.

Did you Activate Netflix as per the following link?

Yes I did yesterday and everything was working fine. But today Netflix asking to update payment info .

Did you previously pay Netflix direct before you updated your Sky subscription @Serge18

No it was with Sky as well. But it's all ran out yesterday morning but I renewed supscription yesterday evening and activated Netflix straight away and it was working fine yesterday . I even received email from them saying that payment information has been updated and enjoy watching Netflix etc.

Looks like you need to contact Sky directly then @Serge18
