Netflix not working

Have got a sky account, which includes Netflix however it's not working via the app on sky Q box. 

I can log in but then Netflix wants to charge me the monthly fee

 

I have refreshed the apps

If you have the Sky Ultimate TV subscription then logging into the Netflix app on Q with existing Netflix credentials instructs Netflix to shift billing to Sky.

 

Without existing Netflix credentials you effectively need to create a new Netflix account.
