Netflix log in

I have been paying for Netflix separately for the last 2-3 years before realising it's on the sky q box.  I have followed all the ways to log in but there's someone else logged in. How do I get rid of them because they're getting my free Netflix.

NetFlix is not 'free' and is not included in Signature subscription.

it has been bundled but unless you specifically have a deal then you do not have it via Sky.
