If Netflix is in another language that sounds like your Netflix account has been hacked (which is quite a common Netflix hack). So if this is the case you may wish to contact Netflix support.

Yes I think that. Phoned sky because I get Netflix with sky subscription. Sky told me phone Netflix. Netflix told me to phone sky.... I really P ed off now . Thanks guys x

So it's 100% Netflix who you need to contact. Your Netflix account management and security isn't to do with Sky, the only link is that essentially Sky pay Netflix for you. When you speak to Netflix don't even mention Sky to them just say what is happening in your Netflix account with the language.

Thank you ☺️ I be phoning them in morning 👍 i just gutted I wanted to watch Netflix series I been watching.... I half way through it 🫣
