Netflix buffering slowly every night
Over the past two weeks, I have noticed that Netflix begins buffering around 11pm. every night. During this period, the streaming service pauses repeatedly, approximately every five minutes, which significantly disrupts my viewing experience. I have thoroughly checked my WiFi and broadband connections, including running speed tests and resetting my router, and I can confirm there are no issues with the connection or network performance.
I need assistance to resolve this buffering problem to enjoy uninterrupted streaming.

Which Sky hardware are you using the Netflix app on? Sky Q/Stream puck/Glass?
Have you run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app? This will tell you the speed actually being received by your device.

Click on your profile avatar top left on the main Netflix Home Screen. Look for the 'get help' option.

Does it happen on any other apps, or just Netflix?

Definitely have a crack with the network test that @Angel_Aka suggested, preferably at the time you normally experience the issue.
It could be Netflix, it could be a CDN issue, it could be a local broadband network issue or it could be a problem in the home with the hub/router/Sky Q box, or even something in the house interfering with the connection.
Starting point for troubleshooting is usually to power cycle the hub/router and Sky Q box at the mains (turn off for 5 minutes before restarting). If the problem persists, then work through refreshing the apps on the Sky Q box:
From the Sky Q Home screen navigate down to Settings in the left hand menu, but do not select Settings (i.e. click into it).
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 on your remote keypad and then click on the circular dot button in the middle of the 4 directional arrows on your remote to confirm.
Next, select Apps, then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box.
You'll see a message that says, "Your apps are being refreshed" and this will stay on screen until you press Dismiss or Back on your remote to return to normal viewing. It’s recommended waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.
Note that an apps refresh can take up to 24 hrs to complete, so be patient 👍🏻
If you are still having issues after that, let's talk again.

Re: Netflix buffering slowly every night
Speed on Netflix is 17.5mbps.
I did the app refresh on SkyQ and it seems to work. Fingers crossed. Thank you everyone!

Your broadband speed isn't great. 17.5Mbps is on the low side and whilst it is technically enough for most HD streaming on Netflix, it doesn't give you much wriggle room for any speed fluctuations or interference that may occur on your network. Using any other device on WiFi at the same time will cause the speed to drop and likely lead to further problems.
If the app refresh has helped though then carry on using it, but do check your broadband speed - specifically the speed you're paying for, and whether it's actually being delivered at that speed to your router.
