Netflix app crashes on certain shows

When I try to watch black mirror or stranger things the episode plays for 10 seconds then I get booted back to the sky home page. However other shows work fine. I have contacted sky help done everything they have even reset the app from there end.

Worked fine for two days now back to how it was. I have asked for another box but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears. 
Has anyone else had this issue??
