When you load the Netflix app on Sky Box it keeps buffering. Works fine on other devices. Any solutions please.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Davethomp You might hate this suggestion, but as a starting point, totally unplugging the Sky box for a few minutes from the mains cures many ills. 👍🏻

@Davethomp Have you any other apps on your TV? Wondering if you have a browser on there - if so, can you navigate to this address to run a speed check from your TV:
It would be good to understand what download/upload you're getting along with the latency - ideally single or lower double figures for latency.
