Netflix account

My account is saying its on hold until payment is made. I've spoken to Netflix and they its sky problem. But I've paid as its on my bill with the add on as well. I've had nothing but trouble this time since I change my package with things not working properly. I've tried all the trouble shooting with Netflix and nothing has worked
