Netflix Not Loading

I am having problems with Netflix on Sky Q when I select the App it just displays Netflix logo and never loads.

I have tried reloading Apps updating software and restarting the box but none of this has helped.

I have tried calling Sky but after 90 minutes on hold have given up

Can anyone help

@Stew987  What happens when you access Netflix from their own app on a pc, tablet or smartTV?
