Internet is fine and steady at 65mb/s which is also Sky Broadband. Its only us watching streaming service as theres no others here. No issues with the broadband. Netflix through Sky Q is the only service that's blocky. I don't understand lol.
The Netflix app on Q is basic and prone to glitching. Sky Q is quite an old system now with pretty slow on-board processing. It's functional but not the best.
You're much better off using the Netflix app on your Xbox, Smart TV or a dedicated streaming device.
