Need input wires moved as building extenstion
I am building an extension off gable end of my house. My broadband/phone cables come in from gable end so need moved. How do I go about organising this? Will it be sky 'my provider' who deals with this or will I have to pay separately for this from an outside engineer? Also I have an old sky dish on the wall too. Is the sky dish still in use or can I remove it????

Sky will organise this and a charge of about £65 would likely be applied.

If you have Sky+ or Sky Q it'll be in use. If you don't Sky do not remove them. That will be down to you to arrange at your own expense.

You might need a separate arrangement via Sky to get the phone line moved. That gear belongs to Openreach up until the main box inside your house.
