I found the QR code sent me to the App, and wanted me to pay. The website that it give on the left of the same screen as the QR code with the code worked for me, it sent me to a website rather than the app and I was propted to enter the code. Might need to use the QR code first to go via Sky to activate,  but then go to the web address.
