Need help getting apps back and using mini boxes
On 25th September I changed a number of subscriptions. Unfortunately since then we have no apps and our mini boxes won't work. We reported that our sky mini boxes were not working and that it came up with the message “You don’t have the required subscription to use a Sky Q Mini box” this message is wrong as we do. Finally all of the Apps (other than Sky ones) have disappeared from the main box and when trying to access any apps tells us we need to upgrade our subscriptions which we have for them all plus some like iPlayer and ITVX do not need subscription. It has now been nearly 2 weeks and although customer services tried to fix it they could not and supposedly escalated this to the back room and then got a message saying it would take 72 hours, this has now passed and nothing is resolved. My children use the mini boxes apps for homework and I use the main box YouTube app for rehabilitation exercises but haven't been able to. Where do I go from here?

@JWS76 Have you checked your future bills to see what the system thinks you changed your subscription to?

@JWS76 you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu
To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu
scroll down to apps > refresh
As for the problem with your mini boxes do you still have the multiscreen subscription ?

Yes, checked all that, refreshed everything, spoken with Sky CS about 20 times and for about 5 hours! I'm subscribed for everything. Can't even get iPlayer, Youtube or ITVX which you don't need subscription for!

Thank you, yes tried that several times.
I am a multiscreen subscriber, and Netflix. All I can watch is Sky things.
