Need engineer to replace broken cables

On TV Settings it says no satellite signal, but my Internet works over the broadband? 2 sky tvs stopped altogether working g

Hi @Matthew117   Have you checked the cables going in to your Sky Q Main box are correctly inserted? No Satellite Signal Help.

@Matthew117  Unless you can see physical damage to the dish cables, or the connectors have come loose at the rear of your Sky Q box, the more likely issue will be dish alignement.  For that you will have to either call Sky and request an engineer, or get an independant in (at your own cost)
