Need an engineer

A builder has cut through my sky cables outside my house.  I need an engineer to rewire my service but am going round in circles online trying to book someone. How do I book an engineer to come to my house to fix the service? Many thanks for any help

hi @rolo2008

As this is likely to be chargeable then I think your only option is to call.

If you need a number then:

If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
If not go this page & scroll to the bottom and expand the link need more help

https://www.sky.com/help/home

If you have SKY Mobile or SKY Talk land line then I think you can also call 150

Re: Need an engineer

Thanks @nigea99.   That is where I started my merry go round. The link takes me to suggested help topics but no phone numbers.  The My Sky app doesn't have phone numbers either that I can see (and I am VIP).   I will keep looking.

hi @rolo2008

In the link I gave you need toclick on the  '"Need More Help" to expand it & there should be a number at the bottom of the expanded section
