Hi @Stacey3109 

Switch the Q box and TV set off and then disconnect the HDMI cable at both ends.

Then refit it making sure that each end is fully located.

 

Then switch the TV set and Q box back on and make sure that the correct HDMI input is selected on the TV set  (ie the one connected to the Q box)

Hi @Stacey3109 

Assume that should be HDCP.

That means that the TV is having an issue with handshaking with the Q box.

I assume it has previously been working OK?

Yes sorry and yeah it's was installed today was working fine turned my TV off and now it's not working

Hi @Stacey3109 

Try rebooting the Q box.

To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

Have you got another hdmi cable you can try? Also - don't remove the cable without putting the box and TV in standby. It's not dangerous but can give a little 9V spark that isn't likely to make electronics happy.
