NO signal

Have tried switching off at mains and so on - no signal - light remains orange, not green

Hi @SGCWM   

 

Try resetting your remote by holding down 7 & 9 until the led flashes 4 times, or press the power button on the box itself. You can re-pair your remote by holding down 1 & 3.

@SGCWM does the box come on if you press the orange light as that is also the on button for the box

if so it could point to your remote needing repairing which you will be able to do with you box turned on
