NO SKY
Hi has anyone else shy channels in upper Bullington in Hampshire and surrounding area

If you mean you have no channels it'll be a problem with your set up, it's not regional.

Roughly speaking the same satellite signal falls on the entire country (and beyond) : apart from occasional brief interruptions from intense rainfall, signal disruption is not localised.
What's much more likely is an individual dish, dish cable or satellite receiver issue affecting one particular household.
