NEED NEW SKY BOX SENT OUT TO MY HOUSE AND ILL SEND BACK THIS OLD ONE.

HI YA. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY SKY TV. THE SOUND GOES AWAY EVERY SO OFTEN, I HAVE TO SWITCH IT OFF THEN  BACK ON AGAIN TO GET THE SOUND BACK ON, WHEN I WATCH ORDINARY  TV IT DOESNT HAPPEN IT WORKS FINE SO ITS THE SKY Q BOX THATS FAULTY  . NEED TO SEND NEW SKY Q BOX. THANK YOU.
