As you've posted on the Sky Q board I presume that is what you have ordered. If this is for a new order the engineer will bring the main Sky Q box, any mini boxes you've ordered, remotes, cabling and a dish (if there isn't one already) on the installation date. A viewing card might arrive in the post though. If it doesn't, the engineers usually carry spares on the van.
