My stv app keeps cutting out

The highlights and currant shows appear then dissappear then app cuts out back to sky live

I've had this problem since it started, was told would be solved by next update but it's still he same, very unstable, if just a little too quick between avatar it goes blank and you end up back at sky menu.😡.
