My sky service checker can't find skyQ

Since having full fibre broadband installed, sky app cannot find sky q. On service check And lists sky plus HD, which I've not had for years. Sky technician could not assist. How are you supposed to check sky q box? Tv , wifi etc all working as normal, just weird

That service checker is about as useful as a chocolate teapot anyway. I would just ignore.
