My sky q remote control

Two of my sky Q mini box remote controls are not working. we have changed the batteries only certain buttons are working! how do I go about getting two replacements?

Hi @Simo1976   They are available is most large stores or on-line stores like Amazon. You can test if the remote is working but not paired to your Sky Q box by pressing "?", the LED should light up. The odds against two remotes that stop working, must be a million to one. Try holding down 4 & 6 to turn off Bluetooth, and then point direct at the box (line of sight).
