I can't get my sky q box to connect to my sky broadband I have tried resetting both the sky q box and the router but still won't connect

Hi @Burnzybhoy12454 

You need to carry out a Network reset on your Q box (not just a reset)

Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.

That is a similar option .

You need to choose connect to Sky Broadband WiFi

Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.

Yes matr I have tried that option a few times now and followed the instructions presses the WPS button on the router till it flashes orange but always fails to connect I've tried unplugging both box and router for 10 mins but still won't connect phones and laptops all connecting no problem

You may need a Q WiFi booster to position midway between the mainQ box and the router
