I have tried everything, resets, turning each off for 30 seconds and plugging back in. Nothing.
internet is working on phone, iPad etc .

Hey, whos your broadband with?
Have you tried resetting the network on the sky box and setting it back up?
Go to Settings > Network connection > Network setup > Reset
Then if you're wiht Sky once its reset click "Connect to Sky broadband wifi", or "Connect to BB from another providor" if you're with someone else
Then follow the on-screen instructions to connect.

I'm with sky broadband, and yes done all of that it just can't connect to the hub.

Turn your Q box off at the wall and leave it off
On the back of your router, hold the small reset button down for 30 seconds (Bare in mind this will reset any changed settings to default and you will have to manually re-connect most devices)
Once you've reset the router, wait for 3 or 4 green lights to come back on the front
Turn your Q box back on and then follow the connection process i sent before, So connect to sky broadband wifi and then it will advise to hold the WPS button in on the side of your router (the circle button with two arrows on, make sure you do it on your router and not the sky tv box)

Oh we've had the same problem for about 3 days and none of the usual fixes have worked 😩
