Hello,
For a few weeks now my Sky Q box won't connect to my Sky Broadband. The internet is working fine and connecting to other devices - the internet also works with Netflix etc. through our tv. We just can't watch sky catch up and download shows. The sky tv itself is working.
We have tried resetting the Sky Q and the Sky Broadband but nothing seems to be working!
Does anyone have any other ideas we can try?
