My sky Q box not working, the programmes are not working,

My sky box not working, it's just saying connecting to you sky Q box since yesterday. My main box downstairs in my settings there's a x by the sky Q & when I try to reset it it's saying you don't have the required subscription to use sky Q mini box

@Spamma You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet 

then go back and check if you have a tick or an x
