My mini box will not switch on from standby

Hi , my mini box will not switch on , we have tried resetting it by the plu and by the rest on the back of the box , the remote works fine with the main sky box .

I cannot get my minidish to switch to sky.

I have pulled out plug from the wall and the Internet etc but still cannot get the light to turn green.
