My mini box upstairs has a problem of subtitles whenever you change to another channel or going back to the one before you have to turn off the subtitles every time

Hi @Phumulani1969 

If you do not want Subtitles you need to turn them off in the

Home - Settings - Accessibility area.

This will turn them Off Globally.  You can also do this with Voice control 

Subtitles Off or No subtitles
