My mini box is not working

My Mini Box is not turning on at all.

Hi @Parm3   Is that with both the remote and the on/off button on the box?

It has the red/orange light but not turning on

It was absolutely fine this morning.

 

i have two accounts and I cancelled one mini box from my other account. I am hope they have not cancelled this one instead of my other property?!!!

Hi @Parm3 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.
