My booster box won’t connect

Hi.  I've changed my broadband supplier this week. My sky box and main tv have connect but my booster box hasn't so I can't watch tv in the other room

@carlux what booster do you have ? also what are trying to connect the booster to ie router and mini box or main box and mini box
