My Sky Q Box keeps switching off when watching on TV, NEXTFLIX, AMAZON or recorded programmes.

I have turned it off and left it for over 10 minutes, and it still happens. 

I have turned the entire house broadband, Sky Q box everything off and left it for over 10 minutes and turn it on again and it still happenes. 

It's very frustraing when watching a series or something and you have to keep re-booting and turning it on and off again.

Same is happening here. Exactly the same issue as last week. Thought it was fixed. Can't watch the 'free' film given!
